In case of booking has to be payed 20 % of the Rentalprice.We will send a confirmation after recieving the payment .
The rest of the rent has to be payed till one week before arrivel . The contract will be signed at day of arrivel.
If the Tennant cancel the booking , the money payed will be retained for recompense of losses.
We recomend to contract a travellinsurance.
